Return & Refund Policy
At Junkyard Gems, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. We must receive the returned item within this period.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging (if applicable).
- We inspect all returns upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Downloadable/digital items
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at dmuir@junkyard-gems.com or submit a return request via your account / our returns portal.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) or instructions.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (processing times vary by payment provider).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges We happily offer exchanges for different sizes/colors when available. Contact us to arrange.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
